This impressive coffee comes from uraga district of guji zone in Ethiopia. The producers are Welichu Wachu PLC who works with 1500 household coffee farmers across 2171 hectares of land that will be certified organic by the harvest year of 2020/2021.

This coffee is washed, and is shade dried, which is the process that will protect coffee from over exposure of heat from the sun, regulate the temperature and prolongs actual drying process that will in turn produce superior quality coffee.

With limited quantity this coffee is surely not to be missed, it truly reflects the complexity of great Ethiopian coffee and carries great clarity and structure.
